Milan as a trainer and consultant and specializes in the development of sales and management skills.

He has been in business since 2011 in 3 countries, managed 120+ employees and founded 15+ innovative gastro concepts and companies, such as the Chefparade Slovakia cooking school, self-service and specialized restaurants and a wholesaler with an annual turnover of 100+ million CZK. Thanks to this, he gained invaluable experience, which he is happy to share with the participants of his courses.

Milan also has rich international experience. He has worked in India, participated in many educational conferences in Europe, Asia and Africa. He traveled to 35+ countries around the world, where he is still gathering experience and inspiration for business development.
