František Gráfek

František is a coach in his body and soul. After several years in the banking sector and others in the field of telecommunications, mainly in business positions, he subsequently began to devote himself to HR and employee training. He also educated himself and supplemented the necessary competences, and thus over time he was responsible for all processes in the field of education and development of employees in a large corporate company. Education has also become his hobby, so he is constantly interested in new trends and works on his own development.

Since 2013, he became a trainer and consultant on a so-called "free-lance" basis and thus has the opportunity to work in many other companies and implement tailor-made training programs for them. The courses led by František are effective, focused on practice and characterized by high participation of participants, including practical exercises and feedback. At the same time, he can very well set up a comprehensive development concept and processes within the framework of employee education.

František has always liked challenges and wanted to get various elements under control since his young age. To decide which sport he would pursue, he choosed yachting. Perhaps an odd choice for terrestrials. However, how many people can boast that they "snapped" on a small racing yacht on the Vltava directly opposite the National Theatre? Despite these rougher beginnings, he devoted himself to yachting so passionately that he almost became a professional yachtsman.

However, his love for nature and the elements has not left him, so he goes out into nature in his spare time. Preferably with his family and friends. If he finds a beautiful spot and there is even a little wind, he immediately pulls out one of his kits and enjoys the uniqueness of the moment. Although he has not yet traveled the whole world, he has explored almost every stone in our beautiful Czech Republic.
