David had spent his whole corporate working life in regional HR positions, including secondments in Great Britain. Nothing had changed his focus on the development of people and organisations, even after he started working, in 2016, as an HR consultant, interim HR manager, trainer and coach. His heartfelt passion is his project called Good Dad, which helps fathers combine parenthood and caring for their children as well as organisations to find solutions to allow fathers to do this. He speaks on this topic at a number of conferences.
David is a “calm force”. He doesn’t speak much, but his words have weight and power. He’s a person whose personal development, the same as the development of others, is his engine and life journey. In recent years he dedicated himself intensively to the study of coaching and NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming) in Great Britain, where he completed certification as an NLP Master Practitioner. Since the birth of his three children he has become a father with all his body and soul and he spends most of his free time with his children.
