Pavel Tihelka

Trainer, Facilitator and Consultant

Something working

Pavel joined our team in 2021, after leaving the corporate world. He has more than 20 years of experience in various companies, including 15 years in the Telco space, where he was involved in new product development, launches and lifecycle management of product portfolios. He has led medium sized local and CEE teams, benefiting from both crisis and corporate management experience.

He emphasizes the integration of knowledge and practice, usability and authenticity of delivered programs and solutions.

Something personal

Sport has always been important to Pavel. For twelve years he was involved in athletics, then snowboarding, rock climbing, mountain biking and his great love, instrument diving and underwater photography. In college, he was involved in AIESEC and it also led to work trips to Canada and New Zealand, where he spent two semesters teaching at Otago University in Dunedin. He also fondly recalls travelling the USA in the cab of a truck.

Today, his family keeps him most busy, and he tries to pass on his love of sports to his two children, as well as his love of craftsmanship, as he is an avid builder and handyman.
