Michaela has started her career in NGO focusing on women rights. She has also gained experiences in turbulent start-up world and, currently, a big consulting company. Here she has confirmed how important the culture of open feedback and candid relationships is. Those are also her training topics - leadership competencies, communication skills and last but not least applying coaching magic into everyday work life. She is a coach herself and this method of people development is truly a passion to her. She finds the opportunity of guiding those who manage to make a change in themselves as the greatest reward.
Michaela loves food - both cooking and eating. She is not very good in baking though. Currently she lives for her family, little daughter and their dog. She has not forgot the NGO world, she is teaching elderly people English in the evenings. She also tries to practice yoga. Michaela loves drawing and writing - she beautifies both the family photo albums and her training materials and flipcharts. She loves outdoors, especially mountains and forests.
