Michaela started her career in NGO focusing on women rights. She also gained experiences in turbulent start-up world and, currently, a big consulting company. Here she confirmed how important the culture of open feedback and candid relationships is. Those are also her training topics - leadership competencies, communication skills and last but not least applying coaching magic into everyday work life. She is a coach herself and this method of people development is truly a passion to her. She finds the opportunity of guiding those who manage to make a change in themselves as the greatest reward.
Michaela is fond of dishes – cooking and consuming. She is not very good in backing. Presently, she lives for her family, small daughter and a dog. She does not forget the world of non-governmental organisations and in the evenings teaches English language to the elderly. She also tries to practice yoga. Michaela loves drawing and writing - she beautifies family photo albums and her training materials and flipcharts. She loves nature, especially mountains and forests.
