Barbora Malinovská

Bára spent 8 years leading teams in non-profit and corporate environments. There, she worked in the purchasing department in roles ranging from strategic buyer to trainer of digital purchasing processes to manager of supplier relations and negotiations worldwide. In addition, she has experience in managing international digitization projects.

She enjoys connecting people development, soft skills and digital tools. She believes that it is the combination of these that leads to the effective use of human and other resources. That is why she passes on her experience to others in training, consulting or as a coach and mentor.

In her spare time you will rarely find Bára sitting. She is active in mind and body, she likes to spend time in nature running or going for long walks. When she needs a physical break, she sits at the piano or dusts off her vocal cords.

She loves foreign languages and even more when she can combine them with her passion for speaking. In the summer, you can find her in the kitchen at a Girl Scout camp in South Bohemia.
